Hello, my name is Caroline Hough.
For most of my career I have worked as a medical doctor but I now practise as a transformational life coach. Both coaching and mindfulness have played a significant role in my well being and I am passionate about sharing what for me have been life changing skills.
Everyone benefits from coaching it helps you grow, develop and move towards reaching your full potential. Coaching has long be accepted for physical activities: coaching professionals to excel and with physiotherapy improving those who need to rehabilitate and improve physical ability. Now many choose to work on their personal health with a personal fitness coach.

Coaching is a conversational-based approach to moving you from where you are to where you want to be. It is a journey of reflection, self-discovery and self-awareness. Coaching combines reflection, exploration and actions that focus on solutions rather than problems.
Your coaching journey is one of personal discovery when your limiting beliefs will be challenged and the negative self-talk that may be holding you back can be acknowledged. You will find the answers you need are within you. When you take action you will move forward and are able to fulfil your potential.
Mindfulness is being aware and being in the present moment. When we are in the present moment we notice what is within us and outside us. When we are fully present we are truly alive.
When we practise being mindful we build tools and skills to enable us to manage our thoughts, emotions and feelings. Being aware allows us to choose to respond rather than to react to a situation, emotion or thought we are able to address unhelpful behaviours.
